We will ship your watch using EMS (International Express insured Mail) or equivalent registered mail.

International delivery time will take about 5 Working days.
We will ship your product(s) after confirmed complete payment transaction. Please note that the price of the item or shipping does not include your local taxes, custom fees and / or VAT / GST / equivalent.

We take all major credit cards with PayPal and you can also make a wire-transfer.
Upon your order PayPal will send you an order confirmation and an invoice. The payment is secure and easy.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within fifteen (15) days from the date on which you received them from BIRDMAN. Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within fifteen (15) days from the date the package was delivered to you.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, modified, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
BIRDMAN does not collect restocking fee, you will get a full refund.
Shipping & Handling fee
Shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you / us still will have to pay the price difference and the return shipping.
Refund Times and Procedures
After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked the conformity of the products with all requirements, you will receive a notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. Whatever the form of payment used by you, the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when the Vendor learned of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The time period for refunding the sums you paid for purchasing the products depends on the terms of payment used:
Purchase by credit/debit card for purchasing products, the time period depends on the credit/debit card, but the credit normally appears after two bank statements. Please note that the currency exchange rate to be used for refunding the sums paid is the same as the currency exchange rate at the date of debit on your current account; consequently you will not be penalized in terms of bank interest.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We will provide you with the tracking number if you have sent us your email address.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page (or before we send you the final invoice) you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment

BIRDMAN International ltd. (BMI)
LIMITED TWO (2) YEAR WATCH WARRANTY
The BMI limited two (2) year warranty covers only manufacture’s defects. The warranty excludes abnormal wear and tear, straps, crystals, bracelets, crowns, cases and battery replacements. Any act by the purchaser, including accidents, misuse, neglect or failure to service the watch according to the maintenance schedule recommended by the manufacturer will automatically void the BMI two (2)-year Limited Warranty. All maintenance or repairs must be performed by a manufacturer authorized service center or the Warranty will be voided. The original purchase receipt must specifically state that the watch listed on the receipt is subject to this offer. All discontinued and clearance watches are excluded. BMI is not responsible for errors or omissions. A copy of the original receipt must accompany all claims.

BMI customer service will issue a return authorization number (a “RAN”). No claim or package will be accepted without a RAN. Issuance of a RAN does not represent a decision that the subject watch is covered under this warranty. All claims must be inspected by a watch technician to determine if the claim is covered under the terms of the BMI Extended Warranty. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance to designated repair facility or customer can drop off the watch at any participating store and the store will send the claim for a 38€ processing fee.
BMI shall incur the shipping and insurance cost to return the watch to any address in the world or to deliver the watch to a participating store per the customer’s instruction. Any oral or written representation made by a store employee regarding a potential claim is not binding. All decisions as to whether a claim is covered shall be made by BMI, in its sole discretion, and shall be final.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
